Bright, pale yellow colour, youthful for its age. Fine bead. Seven years on lees has added biscuity, yeasty complexity to the appley, citrusy fruit of this wine. The palate is a joy – creamy, elegant and seamless, finishing long, fine and dry. A beautifully balanced apéritif style.
