Our second vintage of La Dame, again modelled on the Grand Cru field blends of Alsace. From a warmer year, this time with gewurztraminer in the driving seat and riesling and pinot gris in support. Boom! Spicy, floral aromas burst out of the glass and there’s that hint of honeycomb. The palate is rich, round and textural, reigned in with a little grip and fine acids to close. A fabulous food wine.
