Vivid crimson colour. Intriguing nose – quite floral, almost red roses. The elegant palate is medium-bodied and bursting spicy red fruits. It’s quite mouth-filling, but in no way heavy, the texture silky. Finishes fresh and long with superfine tannins and a twist of acid. Classy, refined and just plain delicious. A perfect match with pink lamb.
