The first bottle, disgorged in 2018, spent less time on lees and longer ageing on cork, delivering a beautifully evolved expression.
The late disgorgement (LD), disgorged in 2025, spent extended time on lees and only a short time on cork, offering remarkable freshness, depth and texture.
Crafted from 68% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir, various disgorgements of this wine have earned 6 trophies and 14 gold medals (and counting!)
