Our show-stopping sparkling wine and what a beauty it is. From grapes hand-picked in the great 2015 vintage, with chardonnay (68%) taking the lead and pinot noir in support. After seven years resting quietly on lees, it’s time! This superb wine is now beyond simple varietal descriptions. The flavours are wonderfully complex yet the wine retains the elegance that has been its hallmark. This is real wine!
